In a world where one might be seen as a business tool and the other as a toy, we professionals of both industries have found that there is much to be gained in common discussion around similar issues. Ultimately, the aim is to make these two asset types, their use and operation work harmoniously in the interest of the individual owner.

The Business Aviation industry currently faces operating challenges when it comes to regulatory environment and fiscal considerations. Business Aviation advisors must go beyond the established state of affairs to successfully assist in the transactional phase of acquiring a Business Aircraft but also preparing them for the appropriate operation.

The Superyacht industry has seen significant changes in the past 10 years with many challenges that industry professionals and advisers to clients have sought to overcome. With bigger, larger and more complex yachts being built and operated, keeping it simple and enjoyable becomes challenging for Superyacht owners. Sharing, informing and brainstorming as an industry community will hopefully give BASYCS members the tools to a more rewarding and enjoyable Superyachting experience.
