Frederic MeyerFrédéric Meyer has been practicing aviation law for fifteen years. He assists business jet owners with the drafting and negotiation of their aircraft purchase, sale, lease, maintenance, outfitting, financing and management agreements. He also assists them in the definition and the implementation of holding and operational structures. Frédéric advises many operators and airlines in their relationships with their clients and tax, customs and civil aviation authorities.


Fanny EyraudFanny Eyraud is the founder and the managing director of PSPI SA, based in Geneva, Switzerland, which is a private insurance consulting practice dedicated to client support and relationship management for clients who demand more from their insurance providers. Fanny has an extensive knowledge of ultra-high net worth clients, having guided them, most of her professional career, through the complex industry of insurance for all their high value assets. She, continuously, looks to add value and provide a bespoke service to her clients.


PatrickPatrick is multidisciplinary professional with a strongly international career in several business sectors including the maritime industry. In 2008 he joined International Registries, Inc. (IRI), the Maritime & Corporate Administrators of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to open their Geneva Office. Patrick has played a critical role in re-shaping the Marshall Islands Yacht program whilst ensuring compliance with Maritime Regulations. Patrick has a Finance and Economics background and, prior to joining IRI, he worked for large well-known multi-nationals where he held senior financial roles and managed cross-functional projects.


Anouch SedefAnouch Sedef advises her clients in all matters relating to superyachts including building projects, sales, acquisitions and financing, ownership structures and operation of superyachts. She assists her clients with the negotiating, drafting and execution of sale, purchase and financing contracts, build contracts, and management and crewing contracts. Her knowledge extends to the structuring and implementation of superyacht owning and holding structures, maritime law compliance and dispute resolution

MarkMark is a UK qualified lawyer (solicitor) and Finance specialist with considerable experience in Shipping and Superyacht finance. Mark spent 6 years working in the City of London with leading maritime law firm Holman Fenwick Willan, before joining BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA, Geneva where he advises the bank on all aspects of Superyacht and Business Aviation financing.


Raphaël BaeriswylIn addition to over a decade of practising aviation law, Raphaël Baeriswyl has a strong background in banking law and asset finance. He advises his clients on all legal matters relating to the sale, purchase, financing, holding and operation of business aircraft. He assists them with the structuring, negotiation and implementation of aircraft acquisition and financing transactions.
